Strategic Solutions Manager (Insurance Carrier & Restoration Markets)

We are seeking a Strategic Solutions Manager to work across two critical segments of the claims ecosystem: Insurance Carriers and Restoration/Water Mitigation Companies. The role requires a strong understanding of customer workflows and ability to recommend solutions that improve claim documentation, estimating, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in insurance, consulting, or technology roles supporting property claims
• Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, or restoration companies
• Ability to understand customer workflows and recommend solutions
• Comfortable engaging both operational users and business owners
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term trusted partnerships
