Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Solutions Manager to work across two critical segments of the claims ecosystem: Insurance Carriers and Restoration / Water Mitigation Companies. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, technical sales, and strategic account management.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in insurance, consulting, or technology roles supporting property claims
- Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, or restoration companies
- Ability to understand customer workflows and recommend solutions
- Comfortable engaging both operational users and business owners
- Interested in understanding how new technology works
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term trusted partnerships
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Able to operate independently in a remote role
- Experience with CRM systems and account planning tools
- Strong interdisciplinary technical skills across SaaS products
