Job Description
The Project Controls Specialist at PM2CM is responsible for managing project costs, schedules, and risks. They analyze project performance, develop budgets, and collaborate with project teams to deliver projects successfully within budget and timeframe. This role requires analytical skills, communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, cost analysis, or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of cost management principles, earned value management, and project scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
