Scheduler

The Scheduler manages medium-to-large and complex project schedules and provides advanced analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support internal stakeholders and client teams. The role requires hands-on experience with Primavera P6, understanding of project lifecycle, and mentoring skills. This mid-level position requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Lead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop and manage both summary and detailed schedules.
• Interpret contract requirements and ensure proper integration of scheduling deliverables.
• Review and analyze general contractors’ cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Track progress against baseline schedules, identify critical paths, and analyze variances.
• Develop and present schedule status reports, dashboards, and narratives.
• Conduct risk identification and risk mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior schedulers.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Evaluate current scheduling procedures.
