Job Description
We are seeking an elevated Executive Assistant who can seamlessly blend business administration with lifestyle management and luxury travel coordination, supporting UHNW principals or top-level executives with concierge-level service.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting UHNW individuals or UHNW CEOs in a combined business/personal EA capacity
- Expertise in private travel coordination
- Experience representing executives or principals in high-profile settings
- Highly polished communication skills and professional presence
- Strong organizational instincts and ability to anticipate needs in dynamic environments
