Enterprise, Mid-Market Customer Success Manager

At Podium, we're seeking an Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to work with our high value customers, providing exceptional experiences while increasing usage of the platform and driving down churn. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, utilizing product knowledge to drive adoption, and developing strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Experience and passion for increasing the value of the customer by increasing the breadth and/or depth of their usage of products
• Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to maximize retention save%
• Demonstrated experience and success in a customer success or account management role
