Integration Specialist

At Podium, we're seeking an Integration Specialist to coordinate the setup of direct connections between Podium and client's customer management or order management system. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have 1+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment, and experience working through API and FTP integrations.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• 1+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment
• Experience working through API and FTP integrations
• Experience working with Salesforce and Tray.io (or similar) preferred
• Demonstrated over-achievement managing a large work queue
• Experience working directly with clients, comfortable explaining complex technical processes in a concise way to contacts in varying roles and technical aptitude at an organization
