Integration Specialist

At Podium, our mission is to arm every local business with a complete platform and outcome-driven AI employees that convert leads into real, paying customers. We need someone who can coordinate the setup of direct connections between Podium and a client's customer management or order management system.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaker
• 1+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment
• Experience working through API and FTP integrations
• Experience working with Salesforce and Tray.io (or similar) preferred
• Demonstrated over-achievement in managing a large work queue
• Experience working directly with clients
• Constantly invents new and better ways to get things done
• Accountable to others
• Earns the trust of colleagues by always keeping commitments
• Keeps key stakeholders informed on the progress being made in setting up integrations
• Focuses on results
