Job Description
Podium is seeking an Automotive AI - Dealership Success Manager to work with high-value automotive customers. This role focuses on the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, driving product adoption and retention through consultative engagement and proactive support. The manager will act as the primary point of contact for deals and play a vital role in maximizing platform usage and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for automotive dealerships using Podium's AI products.
- Act as both a consultant guiding dealerships through AI transformation and the primary point of contact for inquiries.
- Drive and increase adoption of Podium products and resolve issues proactively.
- Regularly conduct check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor.
