Job Description
The School of Nursing at Point Loma Nazarene University is seeking a part-time adjunct instructor to teach in the graduate programs, starting August 2025. The successful candidate will have a thorough commitment to Christian liberal arts education and a desire to work in a Christian university.
Requirements
- MSN degree required, Ph.D. in Nursing/DNP preferred
- Evidence of a commitment to excellence in teaching
- Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching students from diverse backgrounds
- Thorough commitment to the concept of Christian liberal arts education
- Supportive of the religious and educational goals of the university and its sponsoring denomination
- Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement
