Adjunct Pool (2025-26) / School of Business

PLNU is a Christian liberal arts university seeking adjunct faculty members to teach in its Traditional Undergraduate, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, and other programs. Adjuncts are expected to have knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques, as well as teach undergraduate or graduate courses, invest in students, and participate in institution activities.

Requirements

• Masters in a specified discipline from an accredited college
• Commitment to teaching excellence required
• A minimum of five years related work experience required
• One year of teaching experience in higher education preferred
• Thorough commitment to the concept of Christian liberal arts education
• Supportive of the religious and educational goals of the university and its sponsoring denomination
• Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement
