Requirements

• Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement
• High moral and ethical standards
• Minimum of five years of highly successful experience in K-12 settings
• Valid California credential
• Proven expertise as a K-12 teacher/counselor/administrator
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to model current instructional pedagogy and practices
• Proven ability to teach a range of evening classes
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Active participation in professional educational organizations
