Job Description
Point of Rental Software is seeking a Software Trainer / Consultant to help customers confidently and successfully use their products. This role involves providing training on all product areas, leading customer implementation projects, and evaluating customer knowledge. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and a solutions provider.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software trainer, consultant, or similar customer-facing technology role.
- Experience in or strong understanding of the hire or rental industry.
- Background in software implementation, support, or account management.
- Basic project management experience.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, marketing, IT, or a related field (postgraduate preferred).
