Job Description
Point is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join their team in Manila, Philippines. The role involves collecting, reviewing, and verifying documents to close Home Equity Investments (HEIs), assisting homeowners, and ensuring a smooth closing process. This position focuses on leveraging knowledge of curative clearance and protecting Point's lien position.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in U.S. mortgage processing, title curative, closing, or escrow work preferred
- Knowledge of common credit underwriting standards
- Familiarity with mortgage modifications and resolving title issues (plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized for hybrid work
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
