Job Description
Point is seeking an experienced Processor to join their Manila team. This hybrid role involves collecting, reviewing, and verifying documents for home equity investments, assisting homeowners with queries, and ensuring a smooth closing process. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in U.S. mortgage processing, title curative, closing, or escrow work preferred
- Knowledge of common credit underwriting standards
- Familiarity with mortgage modifications and resolving title issues (e.g., tax liens, probate)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized for hybrid work
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving processes
