They are seeking Mortgage Operations Associates for their Operations Associate Program, a 12-week intensive training program designed to equip career-minded individuals with the skills to succeed in operations roles. This role involves learning, applying, and transitioning into a full-time production team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Math/Stats, or other rigorous field
- 0-3 years of professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Demonstrated adaptability and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team outcomes
- Commitment to working U.S. Pacific Time (night shift Manila)
