The Point72 Academy is the firm's training program for fundamental equities financial analysts. This immersive curriculum combines advanced modeling, critical thinking, and sector-specific research skills — preparing our analysts for an accelerated career trajectory at Point72.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of campus recruiting experience, with at least 3 in financial services
• Skilled in applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engaging with candidates and senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting campaigns under tight deadlines with sharp attention to detail
• Experience developing campus strategies, building university partnerships, and supporting early career initiatives
• Established network of talent acquisition professionals, university career services and other faculty, and student organizations
• Data-driven decision-making skills: ability to track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS/CRM and virtual recruiting tools
• Collaborative team player with integrity, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
• Willingness and ability to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons
