Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of campus recruiting experience, with at least 3 in financial services
- Skilled in applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engaging with candidates and senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting campaigns under tight deadlines with sharp attention to detail
- Experience developing campus strategies, building university partnerships, and supporting early career initiatives
- Established network of talent acquisition professionals, university career services and other faculty, and student organizations
- Data-driven decision-making skills: ability to track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS/CRM and virtual recruiting tools
- Collaborative team player with integrity, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving skills
- Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
- Willingness and ability to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons
