Job Description
Rocket Engine Design Engineer CAD & Mechanical Design required to maintain and manage master CAD model, design engine components, perform thermo-mechanical simulations, and coordinate with analysis, test, and integration teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Space Engineering, Aerospace Engineering (M.Sc.) or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience
- Advanced skills in CAD modelling
- Profund understanding of rocket engine design process and its subsystems
- Profund understanding of physics, fluid dynamics, manufacturing processes, rocket engine/propulsion systems
- Profund understanding of manufacturing methods of rocket engine components
- Proactive thinking, high level of motivation, flexibility, and team-working skills
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Knowledge of Creo is an advantage
- Experience with Windchill is an advantage
- Experience with qualification/certification
- Work experience in a start-up environment
