Job Description
As a Staff Protocol Engineer at Polygon Labs, you'll lead efforts to evolve the Polygon PoS network, solving deep protocol-level challenges and driving architectural decisions. You'll contribute to Golang development, consensus, and state sync, and champion code quality, documentation, and developer best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend or protocol engineering experience
- Deep experience working in Golang
- Experience contributing to or working with Ethereum clients or Cosmos-based stacks
- Demonstrated ability to lead architecture, code quality, and complex system design
