Job Description
Pontera is seeking a seasoned State Affairs Manager to join their public policy team. This role involves developing and managing relationships with state securities commissions, attorneys general, and federal officials, ensuring Pontera's platform benefits retirement savers and supporting retirement plan accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory and legislative trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with regulators and elected officials in financial services or fintech
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (public policy, political science, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong track record managing high-stakes policy issues
