Job Description
Poolside is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead a world-class engineering organization focused on building a universal AI platform. This role involves building a scalable engineering culture, overseeing multiple teams, partnering with Product, GTM, and other stakeholders, and delivering impactful products that scale from tools to enterprise solutions. The VP will report directly to the CEO and travel extensively between Europe and North America.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering leadership roles, having witnessed and managed hypergrowth
- Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and leading managers and leaders
- Experience building developer tools, agents or products
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products that scale
