Job Description
Tubi is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead their new Toronto site and scale their infrastructure and data engineering teams. This is a senior leadership role focused on building a high-performing team, establishing company culture, and shaping Tubi's long-term presence in Toronto. The role involves technical leadership, talent management, and AI-driven development, with founder-like responsibilities for company growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years at the senior engineering leadership level
- Proven success scaling high-performance infrastructure/data systems
- Hands-on familiarity with AWS, K8s, and Databricks
- Passion for building, mentoring, and leading engineering teams
