Popmenu is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Regional Sales Leader to manage and scale their sales efforts in the Houston area. This role focuses on mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team, developing strategies that resonate with restaurant owners, and cultivating an inclusive work environment. Popmenu is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company serving over 10,000 restaurant clients.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales leadership, specifically in a SaaS or restaurant technology environment
• Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and marketplace dynamics
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Experience in cultivating relationships and managing key accounts
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for food and technology (a plus)
