Sr. Brand Design Lead / Art Director

Popsa is a technology company that helps people preserve and celebrate their memories through personalized experiences. They're looking for a Senior Brand Design Lead / Art Director to drive the evolution of their brand and marketing design.

Requirements

• Standout, senior-level portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design excellence and brand-building across digital channels
• Proven experience in tech or digital-first scale-ups, where you shaped or evolved a brand and partnered closely with cross-functional teams
• Ability to define and protect a brand identity while balancing experimentation and innovation
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing designers or freelancers
• Excellent visual judgement, with strong craft in composition, typography, imagery and digital layout
• Strong experience with Figma, from systemised design to collaborative workflow
