Operations Support Coordinator

Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) best practices to coordinate order allocation, replenishment, and the flow of inbound and outbound freight throughout the warehouse with a focus on accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Audit inbound and outbound product
• Provide quality control by physically opening product boxes and investigating potential product damage
• Accurately input data in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Act as a liaison between Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operators and Logistics Coordinators (LC)
• Assist with facility inventory management
• Able to comfortably lift/move 50 pounds of product
• Work in a fast-paced environment packaging products to be shipped
• Moving products to correct locations by reading & scanning labels
• Ensure tasks get done on time and accurately
• Able to work independently as well as in a team focused environment
• Actively communicate with supervisors and colleagues to notify them of problems/concerns
• Demonstrate respect for the organization’s values daily, while maintaining and upholding company policies & procedures
