Requirements
- Experience in customer service, back office, or client support
- Commercial education or comparable qualifications
- Good understanding of investment processes, deposits, orders, or regulatory processes
- Strong communication skills and a developed service mindset
- Ability to work independently and have high reliability
- Very good German language skills (C1 or better) and good English language skills in writing and speaking
