Product Manager

Portless is a 3PL provider revolutionizing direct-to-consumer fulfillment by shipping products from China to customers worldwide. They are seeking a Product Manager for Merchant Operations to own the end-to-end merchant experience from onboarding to operations management. The role involves designing and optimizing tools for merchants, integrating with existing systems, and driving innovative solutions for growing operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or merchant-facing product roles
• Deep understanding of order lifecycle management, routing algorithms, and exception handling
• Experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, purchase order management, and inbound logistics workflows
• Proven ability to understand complex merchant needs and translate them into intuitive product experiences
• Experience using operational data, merchant feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements
• Strategic-boldness and an ability to think outside the box
