Product Manager

Portless is a rapidly growing 3PL provider revolutionizing direct-to-consumer fulfillment by shipping products from manufacturers to customers worldwide. The Product Manager role will own the end-to-end merchant experience, from onboarding to ongoing operations, by designing and optimizing tools and workflows to empower merchants to manage orders, inventory, and financing through the platform. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations and the ability to translate complex merchant needs into elegant product solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or merchant-facing product roles
• Deep understanding of order lifecycle management, routing algorithms, and exception handling in high-volume environments
• Experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, purchase order management, and inbound logistics workflows
• Proven ability to understand complex merchant needs and translate them into intuitive product experiences
• Experience using operational data, merchant feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements
• Strategic-boldness and ownership
