Job Description
Power Digital is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead revenue strategy and execution across both cannabis and traditional packaging markets. The role involves managing a sales team, developing growth initiatives, and driving top-line revenue growth. This is a fully remote position with 35%+ travel required.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of the packaging supply chain and customer buying cycles
- Experience selling into both emerging and established industries
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel 35%+ and visit corporate HQ monthly
