Job Description
Power Digital is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team, improve the quality of engineering output, and integrate AI into their software development lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on impactful delivery and innovative product development. Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years hands-on object-oriented programming experience in at least one major language.
- 2+ years experience managing and growing engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing engineers.
- Proven track record breaking down complex projects and shipping features to production.
- Strong advocate for integrating AI/automation into engineering processes and products.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
