Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on object-oriented programming experience
- 2+ years experience managing and growing engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing engineers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
