The BIM Manager interacts with project owners, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to develop and analyze the virtual construction process.
Requirements
- Develop and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, protocols, and workflows
- Provide leadership and guidance to BIM teams
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Manage BIM software licenses, tools, and resources
- Provide training and support to project staff on BIM software and methodologies
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in BIM technology and processes
- Act as a liaison between project teams and clients
- Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and workflows
