BIM Manager

The BIM Manager interacts with project owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop and analyze the virtual construction process to maximize construction efficiency, job cost savings, and enhance project documentation and delivery.

Requirements

• Develop and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, protocols, and workflows
• Provide leadership and guidance to BIM teams
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Manage BIM software licenses, tools, and resources
• Provide training and support to project staff
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
• Act as a liaison between project teams and clients
• Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and workflows
