Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to assist our client. The role involves supervising construction activities, reading blueprints, and managing project budgets. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Construction Supervisor, strong knowledge of construction processes, and excellent supervisory skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation principles
