Switchgear Team Lead (Direct Hire)

We are looking for a Team Lead in our Switchgear division. The ideal person is someone who communicates with clear and concise guidance, is proactive, and champions a safety-centric culture.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to understand and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to plan and meet project schedule deadlines
• Advanced understanding of workflows in production and prioritization
• Competency using ERPs in a manufacturing environment
