The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with a focus on achieving monthly revenue targets. Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong experience with SDR collaboration and lead handover
- Successful closing of short-cycle deals (2–12 weeks) and medium-sized deals (6k–100k €)
- Proficiency in target-based work, KPIs, funnel logic, and monthly revenue targets
- Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
- Fluent German (C2) and good English proficiency
- Self-sufficiency and entrepreneurial mindset
