Outpatient Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Outpatient Supervisor will support and develop clinical staff, ensure high standards of care, and promote ethical, person-centered treatment across outpatient services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral healthcare field and a current full license in the state of Iowa as an LMHC, LMSW, LISW, LMFT;
• OR Bachelor's degree in human services with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• CADC or equivalent.
• Training/Experience in the field of behavioral health disorders.
• Understanding of the mission of Prairie Ridge and patients we work with.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication skills, as well as record keeping.
• Ability to work directly with patients and provide accurate verbal and written reports to clinical staff.
