Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

We develop AI-assisted healthcare professionals for tomorrow's healthcare. Our AI receptionist Luna already automates patient communication in doctor's offices today. As market leaders in orthodontics and with a large funding round behind us, we are now scaling into other medical fields - and you are at the forefront.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, including responsibility for the entire Customer Lifecycle (Onboarding to Renewal)
• Very good organizational skills with high demands on quality and detail accuracy
• Clear, convincing and empathetic communication – written and orally
• Data-driven thinking: make decisions based on numbers and analysis and proactively steer customers
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) as well as reporting and analysis tools
• German at native level
