Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, including responsibility for the entire Customer Lifecycle (Onboarding to Renewal)
- Very good organizational skills with high demands on quality and detail accuracy
- Clear, convincing and empathetic communication – written and orally
- Data-driven thinking: make decisions based on numbers and analysis and proactively steer customers
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) as well as reporting and analysis tools
- German at native level
