The Project Billing Analyst supports the Finance team by completing responsibilities related to project billing, including project upload, project time keeping, invoicing, and revenue assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related business field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Billing & Revenue or similar accounting position
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Outlook & Excel)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Flexibility and willingness to work on multiple assignments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow rapidly
- Willingness to extend yourself and assist other team members
- Possesses ethics and integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to read, write, speak fluently, and comprehend the English language
