Job Description
Our client in UAE is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and assisting in managing their day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of professionalism
