Job Description
Prezzee, a global leader in digital gifting and payments, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support international growth. This role will focus on technology, IP, and data, advising on legal frameworks and partnerships. The ideal candidate will partner with the business, advise on commercial, IP, privacy, and data risks, and shape legal strategies for growth and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Law degree and current qualification to practice in Australia or New Zealand.
- 8+ years of PQE experience, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Expertise in commercial law, IP, data/privacy protection, consumer law, and competition law.
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted business partner and solutions-oriented.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
