Job Description
Primary Care Solutions provides industry-leading Primary Care services to Veterans and is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). The role involves providing high-quality healthcare, participating in a patient care plan, and assisting with patient triage. This is a full-time on-site position.
Requirements
