Job Description
Primary Care Solutions provides industry-leading Primary Care services to Veterans, acting as a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). They are seeking a Registered Nurse to contribute to a patient-aligned care team, assisting practitioners with patient assessment, triage, care coordination, and providing education. The role involves a full-time onsite position and utilizes a 401k Matching program.
Requirements
- 1 year of Primary Care and/or Chronic Disease Management experience
- Current, active, and unrestricted state Nursing License
- Current BLS for providers from the American Heart Association (to be renewed annually)
