Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Accounting & Client Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation, 5+ years of experience in public accounting, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• CPA designation (or near completion)
• 5+ years of progressive experience within a Canadian public accounting environment
• Strong hands-on experience with corporate tax filings (T2) and related planning matters
• Proven ability to manage assurance engagements, including audits and review engagements
• Experience working with owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit entities
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to review work, manage deadlines, and mentor staff
• Clear, professional communication skills and confidence interacting with clients
• Familiarity with industry-standard accounting and tax tools (e.g., CaseWare, TaxPrep, QuickBooks)
