Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Tax with 2-3 years of experience in public accounting to join our Assurance & Accounting team. The role involves executing audits and reviews, preparing tax returns, and providing coaching and mentorship to junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation, strong tax compliance knowledge, and excellent client service skills.
Requirements
- CPA designation
- 2–3 years of experience in public accounting
- Experience with IFRS, ASPE, NPO, and/or Public Sector frameworks
- Strong tax compliance knowledge
- Excellent client service skills and relationship-building ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CaseWare (asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
