Requirements
- 2–4 years of HR experience
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with HR systems (ATS, HRIS- Workday) and Microsoft Office
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn across all HR domains
