Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Sales hiring; experience in technical hiring.
- Good understanding of sales structures, commission models, targets, and performance metrics.
- Good understanding of networking, cybersecurity, or IT support environments roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and referral channels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
