M&E Design Manager

The M&E Design Manager will lead and manage the team responsible for all aspects of M&E design projects from initiation to completion. This role involves developing and implementing design strategies, conducting design reviews, coordinating with project teams, and managing project budgets and schedules. The position is a key role in the company's rapid growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the M&E design sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and design practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant calculation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of current building regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Full UK driver's license.
