Diesel Mechanic I- PHL Airport

The GSE Mechanic Level I is responsible for maintaining and repairing motorized and non-motorized ground support equipment, such as tugs and belt loaders, while performing advanced maintenance tasks to promote the longevity of the equipment.

Requirements

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various mechanical components including engines, brakes, and body systems
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues following safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines
• Service equipment with necessary fluids like fuel, oil, and hydraulic fluid
• Operate and test ground equipment to assess performance and functionality
• Complete documentation including logging repairs, tracking parts, and following safety protocols
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
