Job Description
The Mortgage Processor is responsible for evaluating, authorizing approval or denial of applications for people or businesses, acting as a liaison between potential clients and our growing financial institution.
Requirements
- Interview applicants, research applicant credit status and current financial position to evaluate their eligibility for a mortgage loan.
- Identify and recommend products that meets the customer’s needs and the originations leading guidelines.
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
